These ducts transform the two large, unused openings in the front bumper into effective air intakes, directing airflow into the radiator. It's a well-known issue that C5 Corvettes often struggle to maintain optimal temperatures, especially when lowered or equipped with a front lip splitter. Our air duct system addresses these cooling challenges directly.
 
Constructed from laser-cut 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a sleek satin black powder coat, this duct is both durable and stylish. It’s an essential upgrade for Corvette enthusiasts seeking to improve airflow and cooling capabilities.
 
Two Versions Available
Choose the version that best suits your build:
 
N/A Version – Designed to work with the factory plastic radiator shroud.
 
Intercooler / Versatile Version – Designed for more advanced applications such as front-mount intercoolers, reverse-tilt radiators, or other custom heat exchanger setups. This version mounts directly to the cross beam, creating additional space for a variety of configurations.
