RETURN / CANCELATION POLICY

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BEING ACCEPTED

At HighwayGame Industries, we strive to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, but we reserve the right to accept or deny returns and refunds at our discretion.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

  • Direct Purchases Only: Products must be purchased directly from HighwayGame Industries to be eligible for return.

  • Restocking Fee: All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return-shipment charges. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Original Condition: Products must be returned in the original shipping carton and in the same condition as received.

  • Inspection Required: All returned products will be inspected before any refunds or credits are applied.

  • Return Deadline: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

  • Back-Ordered Items: Orders for back-ordered parts within the stated lead time are also subject to a 20% return fee.

  • No Returns on Used Items: Returns will not be accepted for parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed.

  • Shipping Liability: Customers are responsible for any products damaged or lost during return shipping to HighwayGame Industries.

  • Concealed Damage: Concealed shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 

RETURN PROCESS

  • Return Authorization: Returned products must be received at HighwayGame Industries within 10 days of issuing the return authorization.

  • Original Buyer Only: Only the original buyer may request a return.

  • Defective Items: Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only.

  • Condition Assessment: Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected to determine their condition.

  • Costs for Non-Accepted Returns: If returned items are not deemed defective or returnable, the buyer is responsible for any incurred costs.

  • Prepaid Shipping Required: All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Returns sent shipping collect will be refused and returned at the buyer's expense.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable.

  • Insurance Recommended: Buyers are advised to insure returned goods for their full value, as neither HighwayGame Industries nor the shipping company is responsible for any damage or loss in transit.

  • Damaged Returns: Refunds will not be issued for returned products that are damaged during return shipping.

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders, including colored or patterned materials, are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

 

Refunds 

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

  • For pre-orders, you are eligible for a full refund only after 90 days from the expected shipping date. Please be aware that delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as material shortages from our suppliers, weather conditions, and other supply chain issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations. If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • It’s important to note that not all pre-order parts qualify for full refunds. To ensure you understand the refund policy for the specific item you’re interested in, please review the parts description carefully before placing your order. This will help you identify any eligibility criteria or restrictions that may apply. If you have any questions about a particular part’s refund status, feel free to reach out for clarification.

  • Custom personalized or "one-off" designs are not eligible for a refund due to their unique nature. These items are specifically tailored to your specifications, making them non-returnable. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your design before we begin the work process.

  • Some "specialty carbon fiber" items are non-returnable. Please contact us for more information on which "specialty carbon fiber" products fall into this category.

 

Late or Missing Refunds 
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

       Check Your Account: Review your bank account again.

  1. Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

  2. Reach Out to Your Bank: There is often a processing period before the refund appears.

 

 

EXCHANGES 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
